Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the free tools at labs.unicybers.online, provided by UniCybers ("we", "us"). By signing up and using the tools you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.

Who can use the tools

You must be 18 or older to use the tools on this site. By using them you confirm that you are.

Authorised use only

You are solely responsible for how you use the tools and for staying within the law of your country. The tools are provided for learning and for authorised, lawful security work.

What you must not do

• Attack, probe, or attempt to gain access to systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.
• Use the tools to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, or cause harm.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the security of this site.
• Sign up with false information or share your access with the aim of misusing it.

The tools are provided as is

The tools are offered free and without warranty of any kind. Results may be incomplete or wrong, and a tool may be unavailable at any time. Do not rely on a single tool as your only source of truth for a security decision.

Third party services

Some tools query public third party services to work, for example a TLS grading service or public DNS and registration data. When a tool does this it is stated on the tool. Those services have their own terms and availability, which we do not control, and the data you enter for that lookup is sent to them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UniCybers is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools, including any action you take based on a tool's output. You use the tools at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The tools, their design, text and code are owned by UniCybers unless stated otherwise. You may use the tools for their intended purpose. You may not copy or redistribute the site as your own.

Suspension

We may withdraw access, remove a tool, or block use that breaches these terms, at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, except where local law that applies to you provides otherwise. UniCybers also operates from Botswana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
